Orrmac Coatings Ltd., based in Sheffield offer a full range of anti-corrosion treatments. We hold ISO 9001 approval monitored by BSI. We can treat pipework with FBE up to 2.8m diameter and 7m long using DWI approved material.

We are approved for the application of DWI Reg. 31 approved linings including Scotchkote among others, to tanks holding potable water. Our facility in Sheffield can handle items 30 metres long and 6 metres wide with craneage up to 80 tonnes. Longer items of smaller width can also be accommodated.
We also offer the full range of anti-corrosive & fire protection systems, most notably, Thermal Sprayed systems in Zinc and Aluminium by Arc and Gas methods. Other materials include Solvent Free Epoxies & Polyurethanes, Glass Flake Vinyl Ester, Polyester and Epoxy. Orrmac Coatings Ltd are currently approved for application of:

Belzona
Irathane
Scotchkote
Archco Rigidon
Chartek
As well as paints from most of the major coating suppliers.

We have several Hydracat hot airless spray machines for application of solvent free materials. We also offer an on-site coating service provided by a competent, highly skilled & experienced team of operatives.
